Problem Set Recap
Arrrrrr! Embark on an exciting mathematical treasure hunt on International Talk Like a Pirate Day (Sep. 19) by solving these pirate-themed math problems in teams. The first team to return with the most correct answers wins the booty. Bonus: This activity includes step-by-step explanations of how to solve each problem.
Materials Needed
- Copy of instructions for students to see
- 2 copies of maps of your school/organization
- 1 problem set (2 options provided)
- Gold-coin chocolates or other prizes for the winning team
- Pirate costumes (optional but highly recommended!)
