Game Recap

Hey Bud, How's It Growing? is a board game in which students roll dice to "grow" their plants in a coordinate grid. Mathletes will practice with the concept of slope and finding points of intersection while trying to grow their plant tall enough to flower before their opponent can.

Materials Needed
  • 2 standard six-sided dice per pair of students
  • 1 game board per pair
  • 1 writing utensil per student
  • A ruler (or any straight edge)
blue flower on a coordinate plane
