Game Recap

Fence Me In is a fun strategy game. Each player rolls 2 dice to determine the size of the rectangle they can create for one of their turns, and must use perimeter and area formulas to determine dimensions with the goal of filling up the board with their own rectangles before their opponent can! Bonus: This activity includes Google Classroom-compatible resources.

Materials Needed
  • 1 game board per pair of students
  • 1 writing utensil per student (game opponents must have different colors)
  • 2 standard six-sided dice per pair
